About the Job
We are looking for talented slinging superheroes (AKA Bakery Managers) responsible for orchestrating a symphony of sweetness to delight our customers and maximize our pastry-driven profits. From hiring and training our manager devotees to ensuring each sugary treat meets our lofty standards, they're the captains of our confectionary crew.
Responsibilities for Bakery Manager:
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of store team members
- Support labor scheduling and workforce planning to meet operational needs
- Monitor payroll, labor costs, and store productivity metrics
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
- Open and close store operations, including cash handling and deposit procedures
- Keep a watchful eye on inventory, sales reports, and employee performance, ensuring our donut empire runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Ensure our bakery creations are fresh, tantalizing, and ready to satisfy cravings at a moment's notice.
- Champion efforts to boost sales and drive customer satisfaction because happy customers mean more pastries devoured!
- Provide guidance and support to our donut dream team, handling scheduling, training, and any sticky situations that arise.
- Prioritize customer happiness, ensuring every visit to our shop is a delightful experience filled with smiles and sugary goodness.

Qualifications for Bakery Manager:
- Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a food service and bakery setting.
- Ready to dive headfirst into the delightful world of sweets, because life is too short to resist temptation.
